Keena Sivils Ewing is a dedicated and compassionate social work professional with a strong background in clinical services, case management, and family advocacy. She brings over years of experience as a Social Service Clinician II for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, where she has provided therapeutic support, coordinated care plans, and facilitated foster and adoption placements for children and families. Keena is currently working as a clinician at Peace Hospital, delivering mental health support in a clinical setting and working closely with patients facing behavioral health challenges.
In addition, she has experience in higher education as a professor and former Assistant Director of Ivy Cares at Ivy Tech Community College, supporting students through accessible resources, case management, and non-clinical crisis intervention. Keena holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Southeast and a Master’s in Social Work from Campbellsville University. Her passion for empowering individuals and families is matched by her commitment to equity, advocacy, and professional excellence.
