Dr. Whitney Graves

Dr. Whitney Graves, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Louisville in 2011, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Health and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. Dr. Graves is deeply committed to serving the community and is renowned for her holistic approach to patient care and advocacy. She excels in achieving positive patient outcomes in fast-paced environments while fostering productive relationships. With a diverse background in primary care, sexual health, and home health, Dr. Graves brings a wealth of experience to our organization.
