Position Overview
As a Therapist at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to individuals, children, and families. We are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where therapists can thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Pay: 1099 contract is available for fully licensed providers starting at a 65% rate share.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health and relationship challenges.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client or family.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with other team members and professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
State licensure or certification as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals, children, and families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards in therapy practice.
Experience in conducting supervised visitations and exchanges is a plus.
Position Overview
As a Case Manager at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families by connecting them with community resources and helping them navigate the complexities of available services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering others, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Pay per client; up to $4125 monthly.
Responsibilities:
Resource Navigation
Identify and connect clients with relevant community resources, including but not limited to housing assistance, mental health services, educational programs, and financial support.
Stay informed about local resources, programs, and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.
Advocacy and Support:
Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary support and services.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they navigate community resources.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal team members, external agencies, and community partners to enhance the overall support network for clients.
Attend and actively participate in case reviews, team meetings, and relevant community events.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and service documentation.
Prepare reports as required by funding sources or regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in case management, social work, or a related field.
TCM certification preferred;
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with community resources and services.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compassionate and client-centered approach to service delivery.
Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards in case management.
