Position Overview

As a Therapist at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to individuals, children, and families. Pay: 1099 contract is available for fully licensed providers starting at a 65% rate share.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health and relationship challenges.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client or family.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with other team members and professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• State licensure or certification as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals, children, and families.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards in therapy practice.

• Experience in conducting supervised visitations and exchanges is a plus.

Position Overview

As a Case Manager at Flourishing Peaceful Families, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families by connecting them with community resources and helping them navigate the complexities of available services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering others, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Pay per client; up to $4125 monthly.

Responsibilities: 

Resource Navigation

• Identify and connect clients with relevant community resources, including but not limited to housing assistance, mental health services, educational programs, and financial support.

• Stay informed about local resources, programs, and services to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to clients.

Advocacy and Support:

• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary support and services.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they navigate community resources.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal team members, external agencies, and community partners to enhance the overall support network for clients.

• Attend and actively participate in case reviews, team meetings, and relevant community events.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and service documentation.

• Prepare reports as required by funding sources or regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in case management, social work, or a related field.

• TCM certification preferred;

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Familiarity with community resources and services.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Compassionate and client-centered approach to service delivery.

• Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal standards in case management.
