NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
Our values aim to foster healthy family experiences through services that actively support flourishing environments, which makes housing a significant key factor.
Transitional family housing helps caregivers who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Families can reside in FPF-operated housing for up to six months while receiving wraparound services, including individual and family therapy, targeted case management, community supports, parenting classes, and group sessions. Participation in these services is mandatory, and families must follow program guidelines to remain eligible.
Rent is offered on a sliding scale based on the family’s financial capacity, creating a supportive yet accountable path toward long-term stability.
